This section allows you to share information about other professionals you work with and, if applicable, how you were referred to us. Providing this information can help us coordinate effectively and ensure everyone involved in your planning is aligned.
You are not required to complete this section. If it does not apply to you, you may leave it blank.
Why We Ask About Advisors
Estate planning often works best when it takes a team approach. You may already work with professionals who understand your financial, tax, or personal situation, such as an accountant or financial advisor.
Knowing who else you work with can help us avoid duplicating work, coordinate planning where appropriate, and ensure your estate plan fits within your broader financial picture.
We will not contact any advisor without your permission. This information is simply collected so we know who may be involved if coordination becomes helpful.
Your Advisors
You may use this section to list professionals you currently work with on personal or financial matters.
Examples of advisors include:
- Financial Advisor: A financial advisor provides guidance on financial matters such as investment management, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning.
- Additional Attorney: An attorney may provide legal advice on matters outside of estate planning, such as business law, family law, or real estate law.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA): A CPA provides tax preparation and planning services, as well as accounting and auditing services.
- Insurance Agent: An insurance agent provides guidance on insurance policies such as life insurance, health insurance, and property or casualty insurance.
- Investment Manager: An investment manager manages investment portfolios that may include stocks, bonds, and other assets. This role may sometimes be handled by your financial advisor.
- Business Coach: A business coach provides guidance and support to entrepreneurs and business owners on topics such as business planning, marketing, and management.
At this stage, you only need to enter basic identifying information such as the advisor’s name, role, and contact details. You do not need to explain what they do for you or how they may be involved. If coordination becomes helpful later, we can discuss that at that time.
If you are not currently working with any advisors, you may skip this section.
Referral Source
If someone referred you to us, you may include their name and contact information here. This allows us to thank them and maintain accurate records.
Providing referral information is optional and does not affect your planning or services in any way. If you do not remember the details or prefer not to include them, you may leave this section blank.
For Peace of Mind
Nothing is shared automatically. We will not contact anyone without your consent. Listing an advisor does not commit you to coordination, it simply helps us understand who may be involved in your broader planning.
You can update this information at any time. Professional relationships may change, and this section can always be revised.
If you have questions about whether to include someone or how this information may be used, we are happy to discuss it with you. This section is intended to support thoughtful coordination, not add extra work or obligations.
